Last updated: March 8, 2026
Welcome to Chaos Tarot. By accessing or using chaos-tarot.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Chaos Tarot is a digital divination platform offering readings across seven systems: Chaos Tarot, Elder Futhark Runes, I Ching, Ogham, Lenormand, Geomancy, and Cross-System Oracle, along with AI-powered interpretations. The Service is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.
Readings generated by this platform should not be considered professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Account Access
When you register, you will receive a unique access code that serves as your login credential. You are solely responsible for keeping your access code secure and confidential.
You must not share your access code with others or allow unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your access code.
Each account is intended for individual use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be shared or used in violation of these terms.
3. Payment Terms
Chaos Tarot offers three access tiers:
- Free — full access to all 7 divination systems, all spread layouts, daily draws with streak tracking, collection tracker, deck gallery, and community features. AI-powered features are not included.
- Oracle — $7.77 USD per month (or $66 USD per year). Includes everything in Free, plus AI-powered interpretations via Claude, Memory Core (pattern tracking across readings), follow-up questions, reading journal, and PDF export. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@chaos-tarot.com if you believe a refund is warranted.

Certain content on this platform is generated by artificial intelligence (including card interpretations and some visual assets) or is derived from traditional cultural systems (such as Elder Futhark runes, I Ching hexagrams, and Ogham feda) that are in the public domain. While these elements may not be subject to copyright protection, your access to and use of all content on this platform — regardless of its copyright status — is governed by these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without written permission.
You retain ownership of any personal content you create (such as journal entries and questions). By sharing readings in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform.
6. User-Generated Content & DMCA
Chaos Tarot includes community features (shared readings, circles, collective questions) where users may post content visible to others. By posting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
Content standards: You are solely responsible for content you post. Content must not be illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or infringing on any intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion and without notice.

We will respond to valid takedown requests within 72 hours.
No obligation to monitor: We are not obligated to monitor user-generated content but may do so at our discretion. We are not liable for content posted by users.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the platform, or our reputation.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and this section shall survive termination.
